New Ashai Tower 5 Sold Out Before Launch

Los Angeles, Ca. June 26, 2008 – Days after its design was approved, the highly anticipated Ashai Tower 5, was completely sold out.

The 28-floor tower, first in a series of five, is mainly a residential tower, with some retail and commercial space planned in the podium for shopping, restaurants and businesses. Leading Los Angeles-based architecture and design firm, Ashai Design Corporation, meticulously planned its design. Tony Ashai, principal architect for the series, has a long history of successful ventures and is excited to see the Ashai Tower Series come to life.

“I approached the design of the Ashai Tower 5 backwards. Instead of dividing the living space of the tower into rooms, I began designing a building around a concept of my ideal room – comfortable living space and fabulous park and city views. I guess you could call it designing from the inside out,” explained Ashai.

In a city with no shortage of new buildings, Tony was conscious of giving each unit a feeling of spaciousness and luxury.

“I want one’s living space to be an extension of their existence. This means that there has to be a natural flow, one that invites the outdoors into the inhabitants’ personal space. That’s why we incorporated large balconies and lush gardens in the building plan.”

Paired with amenities such as 24-hour concierge and security services, a roof-top pool, gym and spa, Tony has managed to encapsulate all the luxuries of a 5-star hotel in a residential setting.

“I am truly looking forward to the completion of Ashai Tower 5, and to seeing residents and businesses experience and enjoy the design,” said Tony who is looking forward to finishing the design of Ashai Tower 4, which should be available for advanced sales late this summer.
